This year, the Dance Department recorded the highest number of applicants among other study programs in the Faculty of Performing Arts, namely <strong>432 people<\/strong>, with <strong>78 new students<\/strong> officially accepted to attend lectures in the odd semester of the 2025\/2026 academic year which will start on <strong>August 25, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his speech, <strong>Dr. Rina Martiara, M.Hum.<\/strong>, Chairperson of the Dance Department, conveyed a message to new students who came from various regions in Indonesia-from Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, NTB, to NTT-to be students who are \u201c<strong>cool, great, and accomplished<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>Dindin Heryadi, M.Sn.<\/strong>, as the Advisor of HMJ Dance as well as Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Performing Arts, emphasized the importance of class togetherness. In his speech, he advised the new students to be able to maintain cohesiveness, support each other, and help each other.
