The implementation of the tracer study at the Dance Study Program of ISI Yogyakarta is based on the Letter from the Director of Learning and Student Affairs Number 1997/E2/WA.01.04/2022 dated April 26, 2022 Regarding the reporting of the 2022 Alumni Tracer Study Results. The Tracer Study is conducted in a coordinated manner at the university level, ensuring systematic and directed implementation. This activity is carried out regularly each year with complete documentation, allowing for continuous data traceability. The instrument used covers all core questions of a higher education tracer study, from curriculum relevance to the job market, graduate competencies, to user satisfaction, resulting in comprehensive findings. The target audience for the tracer study includes all graduates from the 2022-2025 period to obtain a representative overview of graduate profiles.
Student Study Duration
The average length of study for students in completing study period which is 4 years in accordance with the curriculum's study period. The main factors influencing timely graduation due to support provided include: 1) Availability of a thesis guide that outlines the stages for students, 2) gathering students when they enter the process of completing their final project/thesis, 3) the Faculty and study program monitor students making progress in thesis completion. If any students are slow in the thesis writing process, the Study Program calls them in for discussion and to reach an agreement on thesis completion. Additionally, the Study Program also facilitates library space for students to work on their theses under the supervision of the department manager.

Graduation On Time
Percentage of successful Dance students completed their studies on time in accordance with the Standard Duration of Study (SDS), reaching 64%. To maintain timely graduations and motivate students who are not graduating on time, the Dance Study Program provides continuous academic support. This includes intensive academic guidance from academic advisors and thesis supervisors, consultation services to monitor academic progress, and the provision of learning facilities such as a laboratory, library, academic information system (siak.isi.ac.id), ISI Yogyakarta's digital library, and an LMS. Additionally, there are special programs such as a thesis clinic within the Final Project Proposal Writing course, remedial classes, inter-semesters, personal mentoring, and study program policies for students facing academic or non-academic challenges. With this support, students are better assisted in systematically planning their studies, completing their final projects on time, and maintaining academic achievements, thereby ensuring that timely graduation success is maintained and optimized.

Student Study Success
Percentage of successful students in the Dance Program of ISI Yogyakarta completed their studies within a maximum of 7 years: 77,961 TP3T, This reflects the successful achievement of the study program in supporting students until the final stage of their education. To increase the graduation rate, the study program implements various strategies, including strengthening the intensive academic guidance system, providing special assistance for students facing difficulties in preparing their final assignments, offering academic and non-academic counseling services, and providing scholarship information so that financial problems do not become an obstacle. In addition, the study program also improves the quality of learning through an adaptive curriculum, mapping course distribution, inter-semesters, as well as remedial and enrichment programs. With these strategies, it is hoped that the graduation rate will continue to increase year by year, so that the quality of graduate learning outcomes can be maintained.

Most graduates of the Dance Program at ISI Yogyakarta A total of 35.31 TP3T have been working in the field of entrepreneurship where it reflects the entrepreneurial spirit built during their studies. The percentage of graduates who choose Entertainment & Creative 32.4%, shows their career path alignment with the creative industry, which is one of the main profiles of the study program. Meanwhile, graduates who continued in the Corporate sector by 23.51 TP3T demonstrates a focus on managing the business and operational aspects of companies built during their studies. Graduates who following 5,910 government employees showcase their career paths in government institutions built during their studies. Secondly, there are also graduates who continuing in the academic field: 2.91 TP3T demonstrate commitment to further academic and scientific development. Overall, most graduates have been absorbed in relevant fields, whether through direct employment, self-employment, and further studies. This reflects the effectiveness of the study program in preparing adaptive, competent graduates who are capable of developing themselves in accordance with the established graduate profile.
To improve graduate employability, entrepreneurship, and further studies, UPPS/PS take concrete steps, including: 1) Enhancing partnerships with educational institutions through MoUs/cooperation that provide opportunities for internships, recruitment, and field experience. 2) Developing educational business incubators and student entrepreneurship programs to encourage graduates to be brave in starting their own businesses. 3) Providing further study guidance through academic seminars, scholarship proposal writing workshops, and access to information on Master's/Ph.D. opportunities domestically and abroad.
