Lecturers and students of the Dance Department participated in “The International Dance of Arts and Culture in the 20th ASEAN University Games” organized by Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University (UBRU) Thailand on July 30 - August 4, 2022 in Thailand.
The mesmerizing performance of Arjuni Prasetyorini, M.Sn., Galih Suci Manganti, M.A., Astrid Echa Invioleta, Olivia Tamara, Ilham Tri Wiastomo, Dwi Nusa Aji, and Elvin Anderson in collaboration with dance department alumnus, Oky Bima Reza who is currently pursuing a master's degree at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
The ISI Yogyakarta team performed 5 (five) dances namely Sekar Pudyastuti, Bajidor Kahot, Klana Topeng Alus Gunungsari, Kebyar Duduk, Greget Solah Manunggal, and Gumregah Nusantara.
The success of the ISI Yogyakarta team's performance was expressed by the UBRU asst president “so amazing” directly while shaking the hands of all dancers. All parties hope that there will be more cooperation in the future.
